Bandages, Liquid

Definition : Bandages designed to protect wounds that are supplied as liquids. These bandages consist of a liquid chemical mixture (some may contain antiseptics also) that quickly dries and provides a protective cover that protects wounds from germs, dirt, and moisture. Liquid bandages are used to protect wounds caused by minor cuts and scrapes, and to prevent further bleeding.
